The Canadian Italian Advocates Organization is proud to announce we will be hosting our 40th Anniversary Festa di Natale dinner on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 6, 2024 at the Canopy by Hilton, Toronto – Yorkville

On Arrival:
Tomato & Bocconcini skewers, imported & domestic soft and firm cheeses, cured Italian and Spanish meats, spiced fig chutney, pickles, olives, red beets, dried fruit, crisp grapes, melons, homemade focaccia, assorted crackers and selection of the following pizzas: margherita (mozzarella, pecorino, basil, and San Marzano), La Carne (pepperoni di Parma, applewood smoked bacon, spicy chorizo, mozzarella and San Marzano), Wild Mushroom (balsamic braised onions, roasted peppers, pesto, feta cheese, Bianco sauce

The Main Event:
Australian Lamb Shank with Truffle Mash and chef’s choice vegetables and peppercorn demi

Salmon Bahia Moqueqa with Cilantro, chili, cumin, lime, baby bok choy, basmati rice and tomato coconut cream.
Finale (family style):
